How do I read the graphs
on the Fit Journal?
The graphs on the 'Fit Journal' will graph the entries
you've made for aerobic and anaerobic exercizes in the
last 28 days. On the graph, select the exercise you
wish to be graphed from the drop down menu and it will
display.
Anaerobic Graph: This graphs the highest amount
of weight you've done per day for that exercise.
Aerobic Graph: This graphs the distance you've
run(for example) on the left side, and the time it's
taken on the left side.
How do I keep track of
my workout on Yaddio.com?
Once you've created a profile, keeping track of your
workout is easy on yaddio.com. click on the link 'Fit
Journal' and you will see a calendar. Click on the calendar
day you want to enter in your workout information. It
can be today's date, a date in the past , or in the
future.

You will be directed to the Fit Journal Entry Page.
Once there you may enter in up to 5 aerobic exercises
for that day and11 anaerobic exercises for that day.
Keeping track of your workout everyday will help you
track your improvements in your workout. Also when you
click on 'Fit Journal' link in the main navigation,
you will be able to view graphs of the a months worth
of workout data to help you observe your workout improvements
or lack of.

do I make them?
Setting fitness goals for yourself can be very
motivating and yadio.com offers an easy way to do this.
First click on 'Fit Journal' in the main navigation
menu. Next you will see a calendar. Click on the date
in the future when you'd like to reach a goal. You will
be directed to the Fit Journal Entry Page. Enter your
goal in the field labeled 'Goals'. Now every time you
click on the 'Fit Journal' you can see your goal in
the calendar represented as a green dot.

Now you can use your calendar to keep track of your
goals and make progress.
